Exchange Policy
At Diva's Boutique, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a 14-day exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin the exchange process, please contact us at divasboutiqueeonline@yahoo.com. When reaching out, be sure to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but we understand that issues can sometimes occur. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at divasboutiqueeonline@yahoo.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges on the following items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
